How is this issue corrected? I think I am suffering in the same way. However, J have tightness in my ribcage. I feel I can’t expand it due to tight muscles. My right foot is so tender on the arch and I can feel a lump of some sort. It is also tight. My left ankle has a bump on the back to the left hand side. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
