Intelligent shoulder rehabilitation requires a step by step approach building a combination of mobility and stability through the ribs, scapula, shoulder itself and arm.

To really help your clients with shoulder problems you need to first optimise their scapula mechanics. Then you can add a 3 dimensional corrective strategy building upon their scapula stability.

Here is a client now adding in a shoulder element after working on the previous blocks. She is doing great now which will really help her ultimately with her power lifting.

I cover all this in the “Arm Analysts” series, which takes you through these building blocks from a movement perspective. Learn how to analyse and solve movement mysteries relating to the shoulder, arm and hand. Find the missing links and help your clients quickly.

The arm analyst series of workshops is completed with a practical class, where you’ll feel the biomechanical pathways and play with ideas and exercises to optimise the connections in your own body. If you can feel it, you can teach it to others!

If you have not already tried out one of my courses, have a look at the free taster class; Improve your moves – how to use the breath to improve optimal movement. As with all my classes it comes with PDF notes.
